There’s a feature border at the hem with larger roses. Buttons all the way down the front, that can unbutton completely if you’d like to wear it as a kimono/duster. There is a soft shirred wide elastic waistband, with 3 tiers in the full style skirt with matching coloured ladder lace trim. Can be worn as maternity dress due to wide elastic and perfect for breast feeding with the elasticated neckline🌸
