We hope you are happy with your purchase but if not, first and foremost, please contact us and we can discuss what you feel the issue is and how we can solve it. This may mean a refund or exchange on faulty goods.
We do not offer refunds on change of mind or incorrect decision, this includes fit and slight colour discrepancies. If you have questions regarding fit and sizing, please contact us so we can give you as much information to help you choose correctly. We are a small business and returns of this nature are cost prohibitive and we try to avoid them if possible.
Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement on final sale items unless the item is faulty or strongly misrepresented.
Due to the nature of our unique and sometimes one off products, we sometimes cannot offer exchanges, as we don't have replacement stock. We will provide you with an online credit note if the goods being returned are in saleable condition, have not been worn, damaged or washed and returned within 14 business days from purchase date. We do not credit shipping charges or take responsibility for returning the goods. Goods must be returned in appropriate packaging, otherwise damages will void your claim.
If for some reason you receive the incorrect product, or the product is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your goods. We may ask you to send a photo of the fault before we will assess if the product should be returned and if so, we will correct the error free of charge. However, all products are personally checked before they are sent to you.
Please take note that some items handmade by the Banjara tribes, are often made from individual pieces of fabric joined together and will often have a worn appearance due to vintage fabric used. Some sections of fabric can carry the appearance of being frayed or imperfect, this is the nature of these handmade products and do not mean the products are faulty or damaged.
