Flowing blouse with buttons all the way down and ladder lace detail on the seam length ways from front to back. A ballon style sleeve that comes straight out from the front panel. The buttons are fully functional all the way down. There is an elastic cuff at the end of the puff sleeve, that can be pulled up or under your elbow depending on your arm length. There is a mandarin collar with two ties with a tassel on the end. Sits at around hip height, so it isn’t bulky. If you are longer in the body or a larger bust, you may want to size up for extra length🌸
